This laboratory tested inlet has been designed to maximize particulate sampling efficiency in all weather conditions
and is lockable to maintain chain of custody of the filter media. Solid, o-ring sealed base, ensures air flow path through
omni-directional inlet. HI-Q’s new bayonet lock filter holder is included with this inlet and features a radial o-ring vacuum
seal that prevents leakage from the outside of the filter holder as well as an axial o-ring seal under the circumference of the
filter media to prevent sample “blow-by”. The filter holder’s three piece design eliminates filter media twist when opening
and closing. The filter holder is spring loaded to maintain constant filter compression for varying filter media thicknesses.
The bayonet lock design opens and closes with a 120° rotation.
